Join your friends and neighbors in group dancing this April—learn techniques, meet new people, move your body, and hear some great music. Styles include: R&B Line Dance with Zanetta Robinson-Sargent who has built an incredible following for her Soul Line Dancing over the last 10+ years; Greek Traditional Dance with Sheryl O”Connell who has studied at Gus Giordano Dance and with modern dance leaders Eric Hawkins, Garth Fagan, and Bill Evans; West African Traditional Dance with Yahaya Kamate, a West African dancer and drummer who performed with National Ballet of Côte d’Ivoire; Bhangra style dancing--instructor TBA. As always, art circles provide a chance to get social with new folks and to learn about and participate in an art form. Dance sessions will be held on April 6, 13, and 27, May 4, and on June 14.
