- Schools Join this committee to work on integrated schools and classrooms, racial equity in education, and programs like Talking to Children about Race and more.
- Community Engagement Join a group of SOMA residents to plan and oversee community programming like the Dr. King Observance, the Luminary Project, Conversations on Race, and events for Black History Month, Integration through the Arts, and more.
- Marketing All types of marketing and communications talent is welcome to support our websites, social media, analytics, and targeted marketing.
- Residential Work with neighborhood groups and realtors on building a welcoming, inclusive community, and support our Wealth Gap Equalizer Loan program and affordable housing work.
- Fundraising We have multiple fundraising needs from sponsorship acquisition to grant writing to event planning and support.
- Research & Evaluation (demographics and more) Work on our demographics studies and reporting team using your research and analytical skills in the areas of housing, demographics, real estate, and schools.
