Coalition staff members Audrey Rowe and Nancy Gagnier led the opening of the board’s retreat with a training on anti-racism and anti-bias practices. In addition to providing information on this topic geared toward board members, they engaged the group in some anti-bias exercises and in open conversation about diversity, equity, and inclusion issues.
