This year our annual Conversations on Race will focus on the challenges facing diversity, equity, and inclusion—especially in communities like ours that are committed to racial integration and inclusion. We’ll explore the growing backlash against DEI efforts, its impact on our community, and how we can push forward in the face of resistance. The event will feature a thought-provoking panel discussion with local leaders, followed by small-group conversations where participants can reflect, share experiences, and discuss actionable solutions. The event will be held at Seton Hall University, Bethany Hall. There is plenty of parking--ask at the front gate for directions to Bethany.
