Looking for ways to save money on homeownership costs while connecting with your neighbors? Join our Residential Committee for an opportunity to share practical resources, strengthen neighborhood connections, and have a little fun! Learn about home energy audits and ways to improve energy efficiency and potentially lower utility costs. We'll also explore NJ property tax relief programs, including benefits available to eligible seniors and other homeowners. And we're adding a little friendly neighborhood competition! We're inviting block groups to share photos of their block parties as we celebrate the many ways neighbors come together and build community. Come for the useful information, stay for the neighborhood connections, and help us celebrate what makes SOMA a great place to call home!
