The Schools Committee of the Coalition on Race is restarting its early childhood program by popular demand. Every other month, we will meet to provide a place for parents of young children to get to know each other, and for children to play and socialize. Preschool aged children will be guided in a social group led by much sought-after local speech therapist Reesa Salomon, and early childhood specialist Hannah Korn-Heilner. The SOMA Justice Pre-K Book Club will join us with recommendations of picture books you can find in our local libraries to discuss Native American History Month with young children, as well as Thanksgiving and the winter holidays.
