Over 60 realtors attended the Schools Committee’s event Realtor Conversation with the School District Superintendent. Dr. Taylor and Mr. Johnson—the Supervisor of preschool education—updated realtors on the SOMSD Elementary School Integration Plan and reviewed the process for SOMSD Preschool enrollment, school selection, and how the integration plan impacts enrollment. Realtors were able to ask questions about transportation, costs, and efforts to keep kids within walking distance of schools.
